The pop star, who finalised her divorce from the French restaurateur in October, got fans talking with her post about ‘karma’ on Thursday night.

Just hours after Fernandez-Versini broke his silence on his ex-wife’s rumoured pregnancy, Cheryl posted a video of US reality star Tami Roman ranting.

“For the record every negative thing you say, do think or write shall be returned to you 10 fold… all of those negative things and negative energy are going in vain,” she says in the clip.

"Out here shovelling the next person's grave when you need to jump yourself in because you're only digging it for yourself…

"When you negative and when you evil and you mean-spirited, you will one day look around at your life and see the way things is going ain't really the way that you planned them to be. That's called karma, b**** (sic).”

Cheryl wrote in the caption: “For the record… That's karma b***h.”

The tweet comes after Fernandez-Versini told ES Magazine that he only found out about his ex-wife’s ‘pregnancy’ the same way as the general public.

“Funnily enough that [the news] was how I heard,” he said.

But he added: “It’s a great thing to have babies. There are so many sad things these days, if everyone was creating life, the world would be a better place.”

The couple split at the end of last year after 18 months of marriage and were given their decree nisi just two months ago.

Cheryl is reportedly expecting her first baby with One Direction star Liam Payne.
