Andy and Kim Murray looked loved up as they enjoyed a day off of parenting duties at Cheltenham Festival 2019.

The pair were snapped holding hands and putting on an animated display as they cheered on horses during day two of the annual sporting event.

They high-fived from the box as they appeared to celebrate a win hours after Murray chatted to horse racing legends Ruby Walsh and AP McCoy.

The tennis champ posted a picture of the trio on Instagram alongside the caption: “Getting some early tips in from these guys for today…”

He also went behind-the-scenes to talk with jockey’s Harry Cobden, who rides for Paul Nicholls, and Rachael Blackmore, who rode her first win at the Festival on Tuesday.

Murray is currently recovering from resurfacing surgery on his hip after going under the knife in January for an ongoing problem.

He told reporters earlier this month that he is no longer in pain and that rehab is going well.

Speaking at a promotional event with clothing brand Castore at Queen's Club in west London he said: “I’m a lot happier now than I was, certainly the last 12 months, because I have no pain in my hip now and I was in pain for a long time.

“The rehab is slow but it’s been going pretty well. I just need to wait and see how things progress. If it’s possible, I’d certainly love to compete again.”

Other celebs who braved the wet weather for Ladies’ Day included Eamonn Holmes and Good Morning Britain’s Charlotte Hawkins.

Camilla, The Duchess of Cornwall, and Zara and Mike Tindall were also in attendance.

Vogue Williams, who is the new ambassador for Ladbrokes, posed for photographers in a tartan trench coat which she teamed with a black hat.
