Beyonce’s new album Lemonade has fuelled cheating rumours.

The singer, 34, dropped the long-awaited album on Tidal during her hour-long televised HBO special, Lemonade, on Saturday.

Beyonce - who has touched on infidelity on previous songs including Irreplaceable and Ring The Alarm - appears to suggest that her husband Jay-Z has been unfaithful as she can be heard asking: "Are you cheating on me?"

Other lyrics include: "I see them boppers in the corner / They sneaking out the back door / He only want me when I'm not there / He better call Becky with the good hair."

Another line from the track Don't Hurt Yourself, reads: “If you try this s*** again you gon’ lose your wife.”

But despite appearing to send out a message to scorned women, the film also touched on forgiveness, empowerment and the Black Lives Matter movement.

The 12 track album also features collaborations with The Weeknd, James Blake, Kendrick Lamar and Jack White.

It is expected to drop on iTunes according to the New York Times which reported that the exclusivity rights of Tidal would end after the first 24 hours of Lemonade's release.

The album comes just days before the award-winning singer kicks off her Formation World Tour on Wednesday, April 27.
