James Argent has opened up about girlfriend Gemma Collins’ extravagant Valentine’s Day demands.

The TOWIE star revealed that the GC has been living up to her larger-than-life diva persona when it comes to her Valentine’s expectation, issuing her partner with a staggeringly expensive list of potential gifts.

“Gemma is very romantic and she’s a good laugh,” Argent told the Sun Online. “She definitely does like to be spoilt and she does have a few demands.

“At the moment she wants a Burberry bag, she wants to stay in the White City Hotel, she wants to stay in the Dorchester, she wants 100 red roses, she wants fancy cards.”

The 31-year-old went on to joke that he would have to see how much money he has left following the Valentine’s extravaganza before he could even consider purchasing an engagement ring.

Earlier this week, it was reported that Collins was now ‘charging £13,000 per hour’ for nightclub appearances following her high-profile stint on Dancing On Ice.

“Gemma’s value and money-making ability has sky rocketed since Dancing On Ice – everyone wants to book her,” a source told the Sun.

“She’s now charging £13,000 an hour for nightclub appearances – that’s £216 a minute if club promoters agree to it!

“But she’s The GC – she’s not going to turn up for free.”

A further source claimed to the Mirror that Collins had “been inundated with offers” and that “her market worth has shot up since she joined the show.”

Argent recently revealed that he would like to drop seven stone in weight before potentially appearing on Dancing on Ice next year.

“If I was to do Dancing On Ice next year I’d want to lose seven stone,” he told the Sun. “By this time next year I’d be a year and a half sober so I’d be in a pretty good position to do it.

“Gemma would love to see me do the show, purely for the fact that I’d do through everything that she’s gone through.”
