All Saints have premiered the third video from their forthcoming comeback album Red Flag.

The newly-reformed girl band debuted This Is War on Friday, following on from One Strike and One Woman Man.

Described as being ‘cinematic and emotional’, the song has a slower tempo than the first two singles and is about ‘choosing your own destiny’.

Speaking about the track, Nicole Appleton said: “The song is about being able to love whoever you want.

“Being able to marry who you want to marry and to be able to choose your own destiny regardless of what people say or think. It’s very cinematic and really emotional.”

The band dropped their second single One Woman Man earlier this month after One Strike got rave reviews.

To promote the release of Red Flag next week, All Saints will perform their first headline concert in over a decade at Koko in London on Monday.

Talking about their reason to reform, Natalie Appleton said: “We didn’t force ourselves into this situation.

“And it couldn’t have happened at a better time in all of our lives. I just missed being with the girls. It makes us happy.”

Red Flag is out on April 8.
