Adele surprises fans with beach blonde wavy hair in Instagram post praising Beyonce

Adele fans did a double-take after the star posted a photo praising Beyonce's new single with blonde beach waves cascading over her shoulders.

The Rolling in the Deep singer cut a svelte figure as she posed in front of her TV.

One fan could not believe the photo showed the mother-of-one, writing: "Nuh uhnt. This person gonna have to sing as proof before I believe she Adele."

The award-winning lyricist took to Instagram in a designer top and leggings to praise Beyonce's latest music video for the song Already from the Black is King album.

Posting alongside the picture of her in front of her TV she said: "Thank you Queen for always making us all feel so loved through your art ♥️♥️".

As well as giving fans a preview of her new hair-do, the performer looked stunning as showed off a natural, make-up free look.

She wore a Marine Serre brown top with a crescent moon print, similar to the design in the music video.

Beyonce can be seen wearing a brown onesie adorned with crescents as she performs with a number of backup dancers.

According to Disney, Black is King is inspired by music in The Lion King: The Gift, which, "reimagines the lessons of The Lion King for today’s young kings and queens in search of their own crowns".

It is not the first time Adele has taken to Instagram to share Beyonce's work and in and she has previously posted about the former Destiny's Child singer when she released her visual album Lemonade in 2016
