Conor McGregor latest: Astonishing new video footage shows UFC star hurl dolly at bus

Astonishing new footage has emerged which appears to show Conor McGregor during an attack on his rivals’ tour bus in New York.

The clip, obtained by UFC, shows McGregor running at a bus and hurling a metal dolly at its window.

Previous footage apparently shows the 29-year-old mixed martial arts fighter tossing a police barricade at the bus during a backstage incident on Thursday.

The bus window is said to have been smashed in the alleged attack, injuring fellow fighter Michael Chiesa, who suffered head and facial cuts from broken glass.

Chiesa’s MMA bout against Anthony Pettis, which had been due to take place this weekend, has now been cancelled.

Chiesa’s coach, Rick Little, said: “Conor went bananas and put a beating on the van that we were in looking for Khabib.

“A million security guards had to restrain him. Mike’s cut up now. He’s got marks on him, for sure. I don’t think too serious. Everything happened so fast, it was just like we got jumped.”

Flyweight Ray Borg suffered “multiple cornea abrasions” and his fight against Brandon Moreno was also postponed, the UFC said in a statement.

The incident followed a press conference in Brooklyn to publicise a lightweight UFC fight between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Max Holloway.

McGregor was said to be enraged over the decision by UFC bosses to strip him of his lightweight title and hand it to the winner of tomorrow’s clash.

On Friday, he was pictured being led out of a New York police station in handcuffs as he faced charges over a brawl.

He was charged with three counts of assault and one count of criminal mischief, New York Police Department (NYPD) said.

UFC President Dana White said on Friday he spoke to McGregor via text and the brawler said the confrontation "had to be done."

"It was probably the worst conversation we ever had," White told Fox Sports 1 on Friday morning. "We talked yesterday before he turned himself in.

"It's not that I don't think he understood what happened. He justified it. It was justified to him."
