Here are profiles of some of the key figures in the bullying allegations made against the Duchess of Sussex.

The claims have been denied, and her spokesman said about the allegations: “The duchess is saddened by this latest attack on her character”.

The American-born former corporate affairs executive has worked for a range of intuitions from the office of the New Zealand Prime Minister to HM Treasury and the Royal Bank of Scotland.

He became the communications secretary to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry in 2015, and later led the press team for Meghan and Harry before raising allegations of bullying against Meghan.

He now works as the chief executive officer of the Royal Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Career civil servant Simon Case was the Duke of Cambridge’s private secretary when the allegations of bullying were made against Meghan.

Before becoming the duke’s right-hand man, he was a principal private secretary to prime ministers David Cameron and Theresa May.

He was brought back to Downing Street after almost two years with William last spring, to help develop and implement the Government’s response to Covid-19 and is now Cabinet Secretary and head of the civil service.

– Sam Cohen

The Times reported allegations Sam Cohen was bullied by Meghan when she was private secretary to the Sussexes.

Ms Cohen is a former private secretary to the Queen, who ran the Buckingham Palace press office before becoming an aide to the monarch.

She is now the chief executive of the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council.

– Melissa Touabti

Melissa Touabti had reportedly worked for Robbie Williams and his wife Ayda Field before she became Meghan’s personal assistant.

She was Meghan’s PA for six months before it is alleged she was driven out by the royal, and is now said to work as a nanny for a billionaire.
