A contest to find Britain's worst holiday photographer has received hundreds of entries.

Travel website CheapHolidayLand.com invited members of the public to send in their inept photographs last month.

Heads chopped off, family members blocking landmarks and fingers on the lens-screen are just some examples of hilarious entries.

Steve Barnes, of CheapHolidayLand.com, said: “Some of them are a tour de force of photographic incompetence whereas others are just plain wrong.

“One thing is for sure, all the entries this year have made us chuckle, with some even having us rolling with laugher.”

The winner will be announced in June, with a top of the range camera up for grabs.
