China’s space station is go, next stop the moon

Three Chinese astronauts have docked at the Tiangon Space Station in a moment captured on the state’s CCTV channel.

The men will spend three months there, working to bring it online.

China’s building its own space station because the US won’t let the country work with NASA, so its astronauts aren’t allowed on the ISS.

Meanwhile, China’s teaming up with Russia for a base on the Moon.

The two countries have revealed a roadmap for constructing the International Lunar Research Station with construction possibly beginning in 2026.

The UK’s Information Commissioner’s “deeply concerned” about the misuse of facial recognition tech in public places.
