A treat for health food nuts

To the Marie Antoinette suite at the Ritz hotel, where last night heiress and online health-food store Foods to Love founder Jenna Barclay let them eat cake — but only of the finest gluten-free variety.

Barclay was celebrating the launch of her new book, Super Healthy Snacks and Treats, with friends including James Middleton’s beau, TV presenter Donna Air. “I’ve always believed in having your cake and eating it,” laughed Barclay. “A nutritionist put me on an incredibly strict diet when I was younger because I had so many health issues and skin problems. The diet worked, but the food was so dull. I wanted to find a way to make it delicious and fun.”
