Commuters are facing travel chaos as delays hit five London Underground lines and the London Overground at rush hour.
The Bakerloo, Circle, District, Hammersmith & City and Northern lines have been affected by severe and minor delays and part suspensions.
The London Overground has also been affected by minor delays.
The District line was hit by severe delays across the entire line as emergency services responded to reports of a casualty on the tracks.
British Transport Police said: "Officers were called to East Ham Underground station at 3.20pm today following reports of casualty on the tracks.
"Paramedics also attended and a woman has been taken to hospital to be checked over.
"She is not believed to have sustained any life-threatening or life-changing injuries.
"The incident is not being treated as suspicious."
There were minor delays across the entire Circle line and no service between Liverpool Street and Barking on the Hammersmith & City line due to the incident.
There was no service on the Northern line between Edgware and Camden Town due to an obstruction on the track.
There were minor delays across the entire Bakerloo line due to an earlier faulty train at Kensal Green.
The London Overground also had minor delays between Euston and Watford Junction due to the faulty train.
