It is described as having a “good sized living area” in an online description posted on property website Northfields Estate Agents.
It also features a furnished “large kitchenette”, shower room and wooden floors throughout, but fails to point out the bedroom is incorporated into the kitchen.
Images accompanying the advert show a divan bed poking out in the middle of the kitchen next to work surfaces, not leaving much breathing space between the wardrobe and dining area..
The advert reads: “Located moments from Ealing Common Station is this great sized self-contained studio apartment with all bills included.
“Station Parade is conveniently located for all the shops and amenities of Ealing Common and Ealing Broadway.”
The first-floor flat, measuring 19 m² in total, is also said to feature modern décor and is close to Ealing Common underground station.
