Brutal: the signs have appeared in north London

They consistently rank highly in lists of most hated professions, often trumped only by parking wardens and bureaucrats.
But estate agents are now being subjected to a particularly brutal round of ritual humiliation on the streets of London.
These signs, which have popped up in Islington and Stoke Newington, appear to be the work of a disgruntled victim of one of the trade's more unscrupulous operators.
