Queensbury shooting: Man, 38, shot dead outside Tube station named as Leon Maxwell

A man who was shot dead in north-west London has been named.

Leon Maxwell, 38, died of a gunshot wound outside Queensbury Tube station on May 1.

Mr Maxwell, from Watford, Hertfordshire, died at the scene almost an hour later.

Officers are working to establish if there are any links between Mr Maxwell and a man who attended a north London hospital the same night with a gunshot injury.

The 26-year-old remains in a stable condition.

Scotland Yard launched a murder investigation following the fatal shooting. No arrests have been made.
