A fifth person will appear in court today charged with murdering a man in a suspected gang attack.

Raffael Scialo, 24, of Greenwich, east London, will appear at Bromley Magistrates Court.

He is accused of killing Marcus Innocent, 35, near shops in Woolwich, London on November 19 last year.

Four other men have already been charged with Mr Innocent's murder - Daniel Burgess, 32, from Dartford, Perry Sutton, 24, from Dartford, Richard Brennan, 28, and Jack Brennan, 21, both from Greenwich.

All have been remanded in custody.
