Good Vibes fitness studio is attempting to relieve London commuters of the tube strike stress by offering 50 per cent off all bookings today.

Based in Fitzrovia and Covent Garden, the workout spaces host power plates, glow yoga and cycle classes.

Founder Nahid de Belgeonne says: “It is going to get messy today with the strike so instead of letting the frustrations get to Londoners, they may like to sign up to a class. You can choose from a quickie 25 minute power plates class, nourishing yoga class, upbeat pilates class in a FAR infra red heated studio or a 'let it all out' in a cycle class. Exercise helps you to regain your equilibrium and then you’ll be ready for the journey home.”

It could also be a good time to try the new glow ballet tone or yin classes.

When booking online the code TUBESTRIKE can be used on an unlimited number of (Thursday, July 9) classes.
