If you have been anywhere near Instagram in the last few years you’ll have noticed there’s a sophisticated sandal style that comes back into fashion favour year after year.
The super-sleek Hermes Oran slides come in 21 different colourways (the most popular being tan and black) and have become a mainstay of many a fashion bloggers summer wardrobe.
Their minimal, understated design means they go with everything from summer dresses to cut-off jeans, however, with a price tag in the region of £500, they’re likely to blow many a shopper’s summer wardrobe budget.
This, my friends, is where Dune comes in.
Back in February the British high-street stalwart launched a range of sandals, called Loupe, so closely resembling the super chic aesthetic of their designer counterparts that the fashion world was sent into frenzy.
Why? They only cost £80.
The sandals, which feature a cut-out design, contrast stitching and a low block heel sold out within the week, leaving many a fashionista sobbing into her Gucci t-shirt.
But now they're back!
The black, tan and white versions are now available to buy again online and in store, and Dune has also developed the style in summer-ready hues of turquoise, tangerine and hot pink, which will be available to buy late May.
And at that price, you really might as well buy them in a few colours.
Act fast, we predict another sell-out.
