Demi Moore’s new memoir Inside Out has lifted the lid on her relationship and marriage to Ashton Kutcher - detailing alleged threesomes and infidelity from Kutcher (though Kutcher has since come out to cryptically promise "the truth" on Twitter).

Moore, 56, also writes in the book that her ex-husband was “shaming” her when he shared a photograph of Moore leaning over in her underwear in 2009 on Twitter.

He shared the intimate picture with the caption, “Shhh don't tell wifey.”

At the time, Moore responded by writing on her own Twitter, "He is such a sneak and while I was steaming his suit too!"

"It seemed like a good natured joke at the time. But it was really just shaming" Moore writes in the book.

Kutcher was one of the first celebrities to embrace Twitter and was the first person to exceed 1 million followers in 2009. The scantily clad photograph was deemed one of the pictures of the year in 2009.

Moore appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and discussed her memoir saying, “In a way, I’m nervous for anyone who is in there, from a point of view of feeling sensitive and putting myself in their place.” She continued, “I feel so good about the point of view, which for me, I have no interest in blaming or villainizing anyone, the journey in the book is about overcoming.”

She says that she spoke to Kutcher before the book came out - and also says that it shouldn’t be “implied that he instigated” the threesomes. “He expressed something that was of a fantasy and it was in my efforts to want to please and be what I thought he wanted” she said.

DeGeneres also asks if Moore is seeing anyone right now and if she would ever go on a celebrity dating app like Raya - to which Moore responded, “I have seven dogs!”

Kutcher is now married to his former That 70s Show co-star Mila Kunis and they have two children.

He responded to Moore’s claims with a cryptic tweet telling people to text him for the truth.
