Science: First, I’m relaxed with a foot cleanse and facial cleanse, followed by a pressure-point massage. Hot strips of seaweed are layered over the mask to allow my pores to open and soak up the certified organic goodies. Finally, my arms and legs are given a deep stretch.
Results: Total relaxation in 45 minutes. Impressively thorough methods reveal smooth, clear skin to boot. The spa’s surroundings maintain the soothing effect, as does the walk through the hotel’s palm-tree-filled, glass-roofed winter garden atrium as you leave.
