Victoria line tops passenger list of Tube shame

The Victoria line heads the "list of shame" recording Tube passenger complaints in the last two months.

Between November 14 and January 9 there were 445 complaints about the line, far more than any other route.

There are still problems with new trains, including oversensitive doors causing them to break down, and faults with new signalling.

TfL said the overall level of passenger complaints equated to less than one per 40,000 journeys.
