  • Ceremonial welcome by the Queen, meeting with Lib-Dem and Tory leaders.
  • Procession along The Mall to speech on transatlantic alliance at Whitehall.

Tomorrow

  • Mr Bush will lay wreath to Unknown Warrior at Westminster Abbey.
  • Meeting with British soldiers. Lunch with Blair at No10 before joint press conference, expected to outline Iraq exit strategy.

Friday

  • Farewell from the Queen. Bush will meet relatives of British war dead, fly with Blair to his Sedgefield constituency, Co Durham, meet members of the public - and fly home to Washington.
