Man charged with webcam murder

A man aged 29 has been charged with the murder of a student in Toronto whose boyfriend watched on a webcam in China as she fought the attacker.

Liu Qian, 23, of Beijing, was found naked from the waist down in her flat in Toronto. Her laptop and mobile phone had been stolen. Police named the man as Brian Dickson.
