Loos looks for TV love

Rebecca Loos is to take part in TV dating show Love On A Saturday Night, it was confirmed today.

The former PA who claims to have had a fling with England football captain David Beckham will appear on the prime-time ITV1 matchmaking programme hosted by Davina McCall tomorrow.

As this week's "celebrity date", the 26-year-old - famous for allegedly sending steamy text messages to the married footballer - will pick three men from the audience who will compete to go out with her.

In the contest, expected to be called "Win Loos or Draw", the men will play a memory or word association game, with the winner dating Loos.

Since news of her alleged affair broke, Miss Loos has told her side of the story on Sky News and Channel 4's Richard And Judy Show.

Also hitting the celebrity circuit, she sauntered down the red carpet earlier this week for the premiere of the new Tarantino film Kill Bill Vol 2.

Beckham's wife Victoria has also been attempting to win the PR war by posing alongside her husband in a public show of unity at a showbiz bash.

A spokesman for Granada confirmed Miss Loos would be paid for her appearance, but refused to discuss the amount - reportedly £15,000.

According to her publicist, Max Clifford, Miss Loos has so far made £800,000.

The venue for the date has not yet been confirmed, but Madrid - where the
alleged affair is said to have happened - is reportedly being put forward as a possibility.

Others who have appeared on the show include Liberty X's Kelli Young, Lord Brocket and model Jodie Marsh.

Love On A Saturday Night will be broadcast at 7.05pm tomorrow.

Real Madrid player Beckham has dismissed Miss Loos's claims as "ludicrous".
