Jackson family back Michael

Michael Jackson family will tell the world today that they support him ahead of his court appearance in California on Friday on child abuse charges.

"The family want to say how much they love him and support him," said spokesman Brian Oxman.

Many of the star's fans are also planning to be at the courthouse in Santa Maria in a show of solidarity.

Jackson, 45, is charged with seven counts of performing lewd or lascivious acts upon a child under 14, which he denies.
