Jacko 'abused comatose child'

Jackson: facing yet more damaging claims
Mike Tait|Metro13 April 2012

Michael Jackson abused a young cancer patient after plying him with so much wine he passed out, according to a police report.

The 45-year-old pop star is also said to have shown his alleged victim Internet pornography.

He instructed the boy to say they had been watching The Simpsons if anyone asked what they were doing alone together, it is claimed.

The allegations came as a leaked memo revealed social workers in California investigated the same concerns last year but dismissed them as 'unfounded'.

The police report contains a psychologist's interview notes with the boy and his younger brother, US news network ABC reported.

The younger boy allegedly told Dr Stan Katz that Jackson served them wine and on two occasions his cancer-stricken brother passed out.

He said the singer then touched his brother, then aged 12, inappropriately.

According to the report, Dr Katz asked the alleged victim if Jackson engaged in sexual activity in front of him, but the boy started crying.

The psychologist also revealed one of the boys told him: 'Jackson once stood in front of them naked for a moment, as they were watching TV.'

Jackson was arrested last November on child abuse charges.

The father-of-three denies committing lewd or lascivious acts upon a child under 14, and administering an intoxicating agent to the child.
