Got a question? Answer it by txt

Metro13 April 2012

Mobile phone users can show off their fame and knowledge through a new text-message service.

Any Question Answered (AQA), which is already popular with twenty-somethings, claims it will answer even the most difficult questions within the realms of confidentiality and legality.

Questions such: 'Who am I?' are among the most popular, enabling texters to demonstrate to others how much is known about them from published sources for £1 a question.

Other common questions range from the purely factual, such as train times, to philosophical conundrums, including: 'Does God exist?' (Answer: 'It is the choice of the individual.')

Users of the service can show off to their friends how well known they are, feign encyclopaedic knowledge in conversations or check out potential partners.
