First picture of man's new face

The man who received the world's first full face transplant today faced the cameras.

Known only as Oscar, the 31-year-old was accompanied by his sister at a press conference in Spain.

She said Oscar, was looking forward to "walking down the street without anyone looking at him". His injuries were sustained in a shooting accident.
