  • Elizabeth Jagger, Mick’s daughter, models latest collection. The Firehouse, 3 Cromwell Road, South Kensington, SW3 February 15 at 2.30pm
  • Jenny Packham, third season for St Martin’s graduate known for hand-beaded evening and bridal wear. Elizabeth Hurley, Nicole Kidman, Mariah Carey, Rennee Xellweger and Naomi Campbell have flaunted her frocks. Royal Opera House, Floral Street, WC2 February 15 at 3.45pm.

  • Hugo Boss and State of Play at the Serpentine Gallery, Hyde Park, from 7-11pm. Fashion label hosts bash to tie in with London fashion Week and exhibition celebrating artists whose practice is characterised by spontaneity, improvisation, informailty and wit. Celebs are expected to mingle with art and fashion crowd
  • Paul Smith Women. Lindley Hall, Royal Horticultural Society, 80 Vincent Square, SW1 at 10.45am. Thoroughly British designer whose love of tailoring and gentle eccentricity is a huge influence on the high street. Womenswear is becoming as popular as menswear with Kate Winslett, Kiera Knightley and Emily Mortimer wearing it.
  • Jessica Ogden, Conway Hall, Red Lion Square, WC1, 12noon. Jamaican-born designer, who rose to fame customising Oxfam’s NoLoGo brand, specialises in creating shapeless one-offs using second-hand fabrics, embroider and hand-made prints. Popular with those who love to recycle and wear something loud.
  • Temperley: The Collection, Bromptom Road, 9pm follows Alice Temperley’s show. Party coincides with Elle Style Awards so truckloads of celebs expected.
  • 5pm Boudicca, Mermaid Theatre, Puddle Dock, EC4, 5pm. Zowie Broach and Brian Kirby are the first British design team to be backed by American Express since the credit card giant sponsored Alexander McQueen in 1997. Marisa Tomie, Scarlet Johansson and Gail Ann Dorsey wear their experimental tailored suits and dresses.

  • 6.15pm Julien MacDonald, acclaimed British designer who is a favourite of attention-seeking female celebs, attends glitzy show, Saatchi Gallery, 98a Boundary Road, St John’s Wood, NW8, 6.15pm. Red carpet queens who don his glamorous dresses include Joely Richardson, Naomi Campbell, Kelly Brook and Kylie. Aftershow party at Tantra, 62 Kingly Street, 9pm.
