Jodie Kidd models her Earth Day T-shirt for Aveda
13 April 2012

Five top British models have joined forces with beauty and spa chain Aveda to help promote Annual Earth Month by designing their own T-shirts for auction.

Jodie Kidd, Jasmine Guiness, Laura Bailey, Saffron Aldridge and Jade Parfitt have each created am image of how they see the state of the earth today to help promote Aveda's global Earth Month project.

Photographer Mary McCartney Donald has taken limited edition signed prints of the T-shirts, which will be auctioned off along with the garments at Aveda's Earth Month Fundraising Event to be held at the Aveda Institute in London on World Earth Day, 22 April.

The proceeds from the auction will go to the Centre for Alternative Technology (CAT). CAT is an environmental education and research charity offering practical solutions to global warming by helping people make informed choices about how to live more sustainably upon the Earth.
