Boy, 15, arrested over football club murder

Murdered: Daniel Graham
12 April 2012

Police hunting the killers of a teenager stabbed to death after a party at a football club arrested a 15-year-old today.

The boy was held at his home in Southwark in connection with the murder of 18-year-old Daniel Graham, pictured, who was attacked at the weekend outside East Dulwich rail station.

Mr Graham was attacked by a mob of up to six youths who stabbed him repeatedly in front of a bus-full of horrified passengers.

He was chased down the street after dozens of people fled from a shooting at a birthday party at Dulwich Hamlet FC premises. After the attack the college student managed to get on the bus, the driver closed the doors and passengers gave first aid and called 999.

He was taken to a south London hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

A 13-year-old was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in connection with the shooting and has been released on bail.
