Attorney General's ex-housekeeper denies charges

The former housekeeper of Attorney General Baroness Scotland appeared in court today charged with immigration offences.

Loloahi Tapui pleaded not guilty to using a false passport, fraud and overstaying her visa.

The 27-year-old Tongan, of Sutton Court Road, Chiswick, west London, appeared at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court.

District Judge Timothy Workman granted her unconditional bail and ordered her to appear at Southwark Crown Court on January 13 for her next hearing.
