19-year-old held in child sex inquiry

A 19-year-old man was arrested today by police involved a major investigation into child sexual exploitation and abuse.
Devon and Cornwall Police said 20 children had been spoken to about the allegations so far.
The force has written to thousands of parents of children at secondary schools in Torbay and Teignbridge in Devon informing them of the investigation.
The victims were known to the alleged offenders.
The suspect is being held at a police station in Torquay.
