Pizzazz off the Piazza: Covent Garden boutique apartments set around a courtyard with restaurants and shops

A collection of 29 boutique homes, just behind Covent Garden's bustling Piazza.
David Spittles16 October 2018

Dating back to 1717, the former Westminster Fire Office is one of Covent Garden's prized heritage buildings.

It now forms part of The Floral Court Collection, a boutique scheme of 29 apartments tucked away behind the bustling Piazza.

This is the latest project of developer Capco. As the area's main freeholder, Capco has 60 buildings and 380 premises under its control, and a mission to unify the district with fine development.

The scheme's new elements are inspired by the area's traditional warehouses and elegant Georgian houses.

At its heart is a public courtyard, formerly a little-used yard, with restaurants and shops.

Stylish and tasteful, the flats are priced from £1.3 million. Call 020 7395 2750.
