Most home owners’ clear-outs usually result in a trip to a car boot sale to sell off their junk. That won’t be the case for Mark Warde-Norbury and his wife Lucianne, after they decided to declutter their ancestral home in Yorkshire.

£1,000-£2,000: Lot 370, collection of Victorian toys including three mechanical French pigs
