A Camden mews house that was home to Madness frontman Suggs is for sale. The singer of mega hits including Our House bought the place in 1981 after the north London ska band achieved chart success.

Originally three separate homes, it was later knocked into one big 2,767sq ft space. It’s on the market for £1,595,000 with Chestertons.

The property merges rustic and contemporary fixtures, with three bedrooms and a roof terrace.

Celebrating 40 years of making music, Madness are headlining at Kenwood House this June and hosting the House of Common festival at Clapham Common in August.

Maybe Suggs would like to celebrate his musical success by buying back the house that marked his rise to the top of the charts, for old time’s sake.
