Tay Do is just across the roadway from the Hanoi Cafe and is a more cheap and cheerful operation. The large and clean dining room is very busy, and even midweek there may well be people waiting for tables. The Vietnamese menu is long, service is brisk and prices are low. There is a BYO policy here.
