Wellbeing guru Madeleine Shaw has teamed up with Brown's Hotel in Mayfair to launch Rocco Forte Nourish.

The Get The Glow author worked closely with Lydia and Irene Forte and the team of chefs and mixologists at Brown’s to create a delicious, guilt-free menu.

Free from wheat, processed sugar and dairy, many of the dishes are packed with healthy minerals, vitamins and proteins.

Shaw said: “Naturally people want to spoil themselves when they visit luxurious hotels but they don't realise that treating yourself doesn't have to mean eating lots of unhealthy food. Hopefully my dishes will feel both spoiling and good for you so you can indulge without the guilt. I'm particularly excited about the in-room dining which I hope will satisfy those jet lag cravings with something nutritious.”

We sampled the breakfast dishes at HIX Mayfair. The Acai Bowl (pictured below) of toasted buckwheat granola, banana and fresh berries was such a treat.

The Shakshuka - kale and cumin baked eggs with olives, labneh and toasted pinenuts - is also a favourite.

Pop over to the English Tea Room or order from the In Room Dining menu for nutritional mains. The 50 Shades of Green quinoa burger and the chocolate cherry fudge dessert sounds dreamy.

A Green Machine smoothie of rice milk, spinach, maca, mango and avocado is the ideal accompaniment earlier in the day and there are even healthy cocktails available in The Donovan Bar. Tuck into the Superfood Energy balls for a tasty snack.
