Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver is hosting a pop-up cafe to teach Londoner's how to fight food waste.

The TV personality will run the the Fresh Thinking Café from October 10-11 in Bethnal Green.

Guests will get the opportunity to watch cooking demonstrations using leftover food recipes from around the world and dine on the meals created.

Customers can "pay-as-they-feel" for their dishes and all proceeds will go towards FoodCycle, a charity that works to fight food waste and food poverty.

They will also get to hear Oliver's tips on how to repurpose some of the most commonly wasted foods such as stale bread and vegetables.
