Alexandra Palace Fireworks: How to get tickets for London’s biggest bonfire night and what to expect this year

Bonfire night evokes visions of sparklers, fireworks and Guy Fawkes, but this year Ally Pally is bringing ice to the table.

Alexandra Palace's popular firework display will return on November 2 and 3 and for the first time will have an ice skating disco after the display.

What’s at Alexandra Palace Fireworks Festival this year?

Organisers say this year's event is set to be the biggest yet, with a jam-packed lineup of performances and activities, including the return of the UK’s largest beer festival in the venue’s iconic Great Hall. German Bier Festival will have Bavarian-dressed staff on hand serving steins.

Entertainment will be covered too, with a DJ set from Norman Jay and a Queen tribute band on Friday night followed by a Take That tribute act on Saturday.

There will also be daring circus performances from Cirque Bijou and the Bullzini Family, featuring a live choir accompaniment.

StreEATlife will provide the food, with more than 50 street food vendors offering seasonal treats such as mulled wine.
