It’s Saturday and that can only mean one thing - another round of The X Factor auditions.

Carrying on from last week’s stunning auditions comes a fresh set of singers hoping to wow judges Simon Cowell, Louis Tomlinson, Robbie Williams and wife Ayda Field.

The episode teased some incredible song-writing paired with fighting spirit making for an engaging watch that will have you rooting behind some of the best auditions to date.

Here are the best knock-out auditions from episode seven:

Hopeful: Panda Ross
Thames/Syco

J Sol

Perhaps the most heartbreakingly well-written original song in the auditions so far, the 25-year-old singer left the judges and audience in tears.

Performing a track titled Bullet in my Heart, Sol paid a tribute to his mother who died suddenly in 2015 marking the audition as the last thing she wanted him to do, despite him never wanting to.

Manoeuvring his way through the song with elegance, Sol poured his smooth voice and subtle quirks into the performance.

The audition resonated with Tomlinson who lost his mother just two years ago, leading him to praise Sol on his courage and bravery with Cowell even taking time to open up about the struggles of losing his parents.

The stunning audition earned Sol four yeses and well-deserved respect from all in the arena.

Panda Ross

Ever imagined Simon Cowell with One Direction-level of screaming fans? Well, apparently he does.

Barista Panda Ross takes her place as this week’s redemption queen after auditioning for three seasons of the American X Factor and getting rejected each time. She told how she was adamant she would get Cowell on-side.

Declaring herself the music mogul’s “ex baby mumma” who she has “unfinished business with”, the 48-year-old effortlessly tackled Aretha Franklin’s Natural Woman.

Pulling from her deep, raspy voice, Ross paraded through the song with ease ensuring she secured four yeses and a bag of redemption.

Louise Setar

Setar owned the concept of simplicity at its finest, performing an original song called A Moment of Your Time.

The 30-year-old cleaner previously had a record deal and an album ready to release but gave it all up for the sake of love.

Setar’s emotionally-charged performance with stripped-back, vulnerable lyrics left Tomlinson declaring that she owned a “simple but beautiful storytelling” in her performance.

She bagged herself four yeses and two hugs from her adorable sons who were that little bit hopeful they might get to miss school the next day on the back of the news.

Claire Angel Bryan

Bryan oozed personality the moment she stepped on to the stage donning purple hair and matching lipstick for her performance.

The 35-year-old from Birmingham has performed professionally from the age of 18, however, has since become a full-time carer for her mother.

Singing her rendition of Sam Cooke’s Change is Gonna Come, Bryan was praised by the judges on her technique.

Williams said: “I don’t think we will see a technically better singer in this audition process. You should be giving notes to me.”

Gingzilla

This 32-year-old drag queen knew exactly how to steal the show with a glitzy mini dress and heels, complete with ginger beard and a head-full of luscious locks.

Taking on The White Stripes’ Seven Nation Army, Gingzilla was quick to make everyone’s jaws drop to the floor with a sultry take on the rock classic.

If that wasn’t enough, Gingzilla even went on to showcase his shocking growling voice midway through the powerhouse performance, making this one audition not to be missed.

The X Factor continues Sunday 23 September at 8pm on ITV.
