The nation is buzzing. England are into the semi-final of the FIFA World Cup 2018 – and here’s everything you need to know about tonight's match.

After successfully seeing off Sweden 2-0 in Samara on Saturday (try saying that 10 times fast), it was a good few hours wait for the Croatia-Russia game to conclude and reveal our final four opponents.

Modric’s men knocked out hosts Russia on penalties to set up a crunch clash against England at the Luzhniki Stadium tonight.

If you can’t make it to Moscow, no worries. Here’s how to watch the match on television as the Three Lions fight to make it to the final...

When is Croatia v England?

The second semi-final of the World Cup will take place on Wednesday July 11, kick-off 7pm.

The match will be shown on ITV, who had the pick of which semi-final to show, with coverage beginning at 6pm.

If you’re not near a TV screen, you can follow all the action via ITV Hub on your mobile or tablet. You can also follow all the action on the Standard Sport live blog.

Who will be hosting?

Mark Pougatch will front the show with former Manchester United ace Gary Neville, Roy Keane and ex-Arsenal men Ian Wright and Lee Dixon joining him in the studio.

Former West Ham manager Slaven Bilic – who was in charge of Croatia from 2006 until 2012 - has been a regular fixture for ITV this summer and, will be pitchside along with Wales manager Ryan Giggs and presenter Jacqui Oatley.

Will it clash with Love Island?

Previously, ITV2 have been moving Love Island to avoid a possible clash with the big game. Since it can go to extra-time and penalties, Love Island is on at 9.30pm just in case.
