For one night only, Channel 4 is rolling out the star-studded carpet for Stand Up To Cancer.

The annual live night, a tradition started 2012, brings together celebrities, musicians and a host of our favourite TV shows all to raise money for the charity.

Intertwined with real-life stories, Stand Up To Cancer’s big fundraising nights has something for every viewer to get involved with, topping off a massive week of celebrity specials.

Ahead of tonight’s show, here is everything you need to know about Stand Up To Cancer including the full schedule…

What is Stand Up To Cancer 2018?

Hosted by trio Adam Hills, Alan Carr and Maya Jama, Channel 4’s big fundraising bash has one aim – to raise funds for vital cancer research through celebrity specials and viewer donations.

Chris O’Dowd and Katherine Ryan will also be on hand to explain just some of the incredible work done by the charity, which first partnered with Channel 4 and Cancer Research in 2012. The charity itself was founded in the US in 2008.

A signed broadcast of the whole night will be available on 4Seven. While the timings of the night could vary slightly, as is the nature of a live broadcast with pre-records, viewers can expect to see everything from Carpool Karaoke with Michael Buble to Celebrity Gogglebox.

7.30pm – The Muppets meet Jack Whitehall

Comedian Jack Whitehall faces his toughest audience yet when he meets up with Miss Piggy for a chat in the first sketch of the evening.

Also around this time, Sting and Shaggy, who recently collaborated, will go head-to-head before a sneak preview at Celebrity Gogglebox later on in the show.

8pm – Celebrity Bake Off

Ahead of Tuesday’s final of Great British Bake Off, the famous faces taking part in the Celebrity special reveal themselves.

They’ll be a glimpse of their baking antics during the Gogglebox special an hour later.

8.30pm - Carpool Karaoke: Michael Bublé

The Late Late Show host James Corden, originally from High Wycombe, has enlisted the help of Bublé to ensure he gets to work on time, singing a host of the star’s tracks.

Bublé himself has a close connection to the charity with his son Noah, three at the time, having battled liver cancer in 2016, thankfully responding well to treatment with Buble recently speaking about his “little superhero”.

The second part of the moving sketch will air from 10pm.

Gogglebox: Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson are taking part in the special

9pm – Celebrity Gogglebox

Tottenham duo Dele Alli and Eric Dier, Love Island winner Dani Dyer and her dad Daddy, former England striker Peter Crouch and wife Abbey Clancy and One Direction pals Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne all take residence on the sofa for a very special edition of Gogglebox.

The second part airs later in the show at 10.30pm.

Is there anything else going on?

Lots! Throughout the evening, a vast array of celebrities will take part in the mammoth broadcast as well as raise awareness of different cancers and the impact of disease.

At 11pm, Emeli Sandé will pay tribute to late legend Aretha Franklin while at 11.30pm the stars of Made In Chelsea Jamie Laing and Spencer Matthews debut their experience creating a charity single with the help of some very special friends.

And over the past weeks, there have been several programmes in aid of the charity – Celebrity Hunted , Celebrity Call Centre and Celebrity First Dates – all available to catch up with now on All4.
