Love Island latest: Twitter challenge leaves Molly-Mae FUMING with ‘game player’ jibe as Amy plans a future with Curtis

Molly-Mae is "speechless" after a viewer tweet suggests she is after the cash prize

Love Island’s mean tweets challenge stirs yet more drama in the villa as Molly-Mae Hague is offended when a viewer suggests that she is “playing a game” in order to land the £50,000 cash prize.

The game sees the islanders learn what the public really thinks of them as single contestants Lucie Donlan and Anton Danyluk read out tweets from fans.

Each message has some words redacted from it, allowing the reality hopefuls to guess the missing word.

Molly-Mae is angry after one tweet claims that she is “playing a game,” while another post reads: “Nah BLANK deserves more than BLANK she doesn’t like him, she likes 50k.”

Tom Walker correctly guesses that the blanks refer to Tommy Fury and Molly.

“Wow. I’m actually fuming,” she confesses in the Beach Hut. “I’m annoyed because I just feel like to bring money into it, what am I meant to say? I’m speechless to be honest.”

The tweet clearly strikes a nerve with Tommy, who later asks the boys if they believe it to be true.

Anton’s cryptic response does little to dissuade any doubts as he tells his friend: “It’s not for me to say, mate, it’s got nothing to do with me. You know what your relationship is like, it’s not for me to say.”

Meanwhile Amy Hart appears so confident in her relationship with Curtis Pritchard that she is already planning to introduce him to her family and close friends.

“I don’t want to wish my life away because I’m really grateful for this experience but now I’m like, I want to get out now and start living our life together,” she tells Lucie and Molly-Mae. “My Godsons are going to utterly adore him.

“And hopefully the godson who is only one will always know us as Auntie Amz and Curtis.”

“That is nearly marriage talk,” Lucie responds.

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
