John Barrowman is making a habit of falling over on Loose Women.

The 49-year-old actor took a tumble on Wednesday’s show as he made his grand entrance – despite being cocooned in bubble wrap in an attempt to ensure a safe arrival.

Barrowman shuffled his way through the audience before falling onto his bottom as he tried to sit at the table.

The audience burst out laughing as his legs flew up in the air and Andrea McLean attempted to help him up.

Seeing the funny side, Barrowman shouted: “Go on rip the biggest package open you’ve ever ripped in your life.”

The official Loose Women Twitter account uploaded a picture alongside the caption: “OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not AGAIN!!!!!!”

Viewers couldn't contain their laughter with one tweeting: "John Barrowman great guest today, so funny, cheered me up! #JohnBarrowman #LooseWomen."

Another posted: "John Barrowman makes the world a better place #LooseWomen."

His tumble came months after he famously fell backwards off a chair while wearing a pair of heels on the ITV show.

Addressing the embarrassing gaffe he said: “I was fine. I didn't hurt anything. I might have knocked some sense into myself.

“I still have the heels at home, don't worry.”

He continued: “It went viral. Everybody knows Loose Women in the UK and even people in the States were going on about it.”
