I’m A Celebrity’s Rebekah Vardy has branded late addition Iain Lee ‘egotistical’ after she and her fellow Snake Rock campmates began to grow tired of the group split.

The reality personality also took issue with Lee having told the celebrities that they all ‘looked like s***’ upon joining the show.

She told the other contestants: “I can’t wait to tell Iain. I think he’s a bit of a b******. He’s got a game plan that’s clear.”

Meanwhile Jamie Lomas remarked: “You can’t come in and tell everyone they look like shit and not expect it back.”

Vardy continued “I mean he might be really nice and I shouldn’t judge a book by its cover but it’s really hard when you’ve got someone that walks in and says that about you all straight away.”

“But he just seemed to have a very egotistical personality.”

Lee’s appointment as jungle Prime Minister has caused some consternation among those who weren’t picked to join him in the more luxurious Crock Creek.

The celebrities who he did choose have been enjoying meals of wallaby sausages and buffalo, while the Snake Rock inhabitants subsist on rice and beans.

Not that Lee was unaware of the fact that he may have attracted the ire of some of the other campmates.

As he lay in bed he asked himself: “What does it feel like to be the most hated man on I’m A Celebrity? S***.”

I’m A Celebrity continues Saturday, November 25 at 9pm on ITV.
