Cliff Parisi has become the latest star to leave the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! jungle - and immediately make a confession after leaving the show.

After saying farewell to his camp mates, the ex-EastEnders star sat down for an exit interview with Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly.

And during the chat, Cliff, 59, revealed that he actually broke the programme's rules.

After watching his best bits and reflecting on his time in the jungle, he told the presenting duo: "I did sneak some stuff in in my pants."

"It was salt and pepper," he added, prompting Ant and Dec to admit the contraband hadn't been spotted by producers.

Adele Roberts was the first star to leave on Friday, but her exit was marred in controversy as votes from the app were discounted after a "wording error."

Andrew Maxwell then followed her out on Sunday after using his exit interview to insist there's no bad blood between him and Ian Wright.

Elsewhere in the episode, things became emotional as the camp mates discussed people who have had huge effects on their lives.

Caitlyn Jenner and Ian both became emotional as they discussed sports coaches who helped them realise their potential.

Describing LD Weldon, who has since died, Caitlyn said: “He had so many athletes throughout his career, but he said to me that I was truly the greatest athlete he’d ever coached, and that meant a lot to me, a lot.”

Ian said of his teacher Mr Pigden: "When I was at Arsenal running, I would always think about him, and I showed him my England cap.”

“If it wasn’t for him… I know I wouldn’t be where I am, I think about him every day,” he said.

The current series of I'm A Celebrity will end on Sunday night.
