For a lot of people, 7.30am is a little too early. But whilst some people will just be getting up at this time on July 11, others will be spinning away in hope to gain some laughs early on Monday morning.

Comedian Adam Buxton will be hosting a breakfast show in Shoreditch’s The Truman Brewery, but there's a catch: you have to cycle to make it happen.

So not only will you be getting up for a comedy show for 7.30am, you will have to exercise at the same time.

The energising show is doubly likely to leave you with stitches – from laughter, and maybe from cycling too.

Things to do in London this weekend (July 1-3)

1/10

The bearded Buxton will be providing all the laughs, as well as having a variety of fitting music videos showcased on the big screen, which is err, powered by cycling.

Set 10 alarms, stretch your legs, and have an ice bath to wake you up, because this early starter is set to be a funny one.

To win free tickets, head to extendyourweekend.co.uk and apply before July 4.
